In an increasingly competitive market economy, how do design corporations search for business profit while continually improving the level of design art? Design Limited Corporation Of Nanjing Han Qingtang drawing upon its management ideas and measures forged in the many-year management course has given the best answer. The corporation has always adhered to the idea of " competition to promote business and business to support art " and constantly carried on artistic innovation. What's more, it has great courage to explore. Therefore, it not only won more than ten Awards in the domestic and international art design competitions in which the corporation is very glorious, but also got a lot of business opportunities because of these winning advantages. And it has achieved better performance in the counterpart-corporation competition. It is one relative successful case in today's graphic design industry of China. The thesis takes Han Qingtang Design Ltd.Co.for example, and analyses its main elements ,such as the history of founding, corporate structure, business management and business philosophy, aimed at knowing how Han-Qing Tang as a micro-economic entity in today's market-economy wave in China operats and has achieved success, so as to provide a reference for other entrepreneurs who have been involved in art design, or are preparing to engage in art design. Meanwhile, I also hope to be able to "understand more through such a small case ", and explore and analyse opportunities and predicament that design corporations face in contemporary China, and then hope to offer a reference for Chinese design market management and design education of colleges and universities.
