China's cultural industry supply side reforms are progressing steadily,improving quality and efficiency,encouraging innovation,and expanding cultural consumption demand are gradually becoming the direction of future development “Culture +" provides new ideas for economic structural transformation.In recent years,the core role of IP in cultural industry development has become increasingly prominent.As a company engaged in digital publishing and public cultural services,Z Company has established close cooperative relations with local governments.How does Z Company combine resources and capabilities such as IP development ability with local cultural heritage,to carry out local cultural IP,realize the win-win development of the company and local cultural industry,and at the same time enhance the local government's public cultural service capability and expand it into “local culture” business for Z Company,is an urgent problem to be solved.The business model canvas theory has been favored by many large companies since its introduction in 2005,and has been successfully applied to the business model analysis and construction process.Based on the business model canvas theory,this paper used the data analysis method and the interview method to design the business model of the “local culture” business of Z company through data analysis and interviews on the internal and external environment of this business.Firstly,this paper sorted out the definition of business model and related theories,which provided the basis for the research.Then it used the PEST model to analyze the macro environment of the business,and based on the analyze of the typical model of local cultural development,it pointed out the existing problems.The overview and development strategy of Z Company were presented,its main products and services,resources and capabilities were analyzed,and its current development issues were pointed out at last.Finally,based on the basic ideas of the business,a series of interviews were conducted.According to the internal and external environment of the business and interview results,customer segmentation,value proposition,key business,channel access,core resources,customer relationship,revenue source,importance partners and cost structure design were identified.Under the current situation of “hollowing” and unbalanced of local cultural development,the design of Z Company's “local culture” business model is conducive to promoting the concentration and development of local cultural industries,while bringing new business growth and also the differentiated competitive advantages to Z Company.
