In this study, open attitude, the use of qualitative research in the "grounded theory" approach, on secondary 16 H Kunming, Yunnan Province disabled secondary students in-depth interviews. Before making the selection of interviewees, to carry out case study group activities and to establish a good relationship on this basis the principle of voluntary compliance and then select the interviewees. Study found that secondary school students with disabilities through the pressure of coping strategies are divided into two categories: the "escape" as the main mode of negative coping strategies and the "face" as the main mode of positive coping strategies. Application of the theory of resilience analysis of secondary school students with disabilities Coping Strategies in the process of influencing factors, and to explore the resilience of culture.Secondary school students with disabilities in the pressure of coping strategies found that the pressure on secondary school students with disabilities coping strategies are not static and unchanging, but rather a dynamic process of constant change and development. This change process is occurring with the different environmental change.In this study, dominant perspective of the pressure on secondary school students with disabilities coping strategies, and to explore the power they use themselves to overcome the difficulties active, filling some gaps in research in this regard, more importantly, the conclusions of this study can be used young people with disabilities social work practice.
