Academic stress is the most important stress that Secondary school students are facing. The past research focus on the general life events and coping strategies in general, and will be classified as academic stress faced by many secondary school students in a stress. Nowadays, a new trend is to focus on stress and coping in specific areas. And the consistency of coping strategy research on the secondary school students academic stress situations is a manifestation of this trend. Stress and coping strategies of individual and the situation is the result of the interaction. Coping strategies are not only effected by the situation (the nature and type), but also by the impact of individual personality traits. Therefore, how to use the strategy is the purpose of our study. The stress research of the past, mainly concentrated in the negative stress to coping. This study will take positive and negative stress into account, and inspect its strategy of coping. It Not only is conducive to deepening the research on students and their coping strategies, but also to a certain degree rich content of coping strategies and to promote the study of in-depth development.The integrated approach of the study, explore the coping strategies by use the situational variables combined with the individual variables, the type and nature of the integration of academic stress in specific situations. To explore the system of academic stress situations, personality traits and secondary school students academic stress on the coping strategies of consistency, Research uses a questionnaire survey, interviews, repetitive analysis of variance, regression analysis and other methods and techniques. This study is divided into five sections, followed by secondary school students academic stress situations, including the preparation of the questionnaire, the impact of secondary personality traits on coping strategy, the impact studies on coping strategies in different academic stress situation, the impact studies on coping strategies in the different nature of academic stress situation, and the impact studies on the coping strategies in academic situations and personality traits. This comprehensive study drew the following conclusions:1. In different types and nature of the academic stress situations, the use of performance strategies to deal with certain situations is in Consistence.2. Different personality traits of secondary school students in different situations under stress to deal with a similar reaction.3. Secondary school students in five academic stress situations, whether positive or negative, between the various types of stress are significant differences. For secondary school students have a greater negative psychological stress is the main tasks require the stress and frustration stress.4. Extraversion, careful, open and emotional personality traits in different stress situations, effective coping strategies to predict the use of secondary school students.
