The Relationship Among Psychological Resilience,Coping Stule And Psychological Security Of Secondary Vocational School Students

Psychological security is the important foundation of mental health.In recent years,the level of mental health among secondary vocational students is not optimistic.It is very important to improve their psychological security level and then improve their mental health.Therefore,it is necessary to know influence factors of psychological security and to formulate targeted intervening measures.In this study,550 students were randomly selected from a certain vocational school in Kaifeng.The relationship between psychological resilience,coping style and psychological security was examined using the psychological resilience questionnaire,coping style questionnaire and psychological security questionnaire.On this basis,the experimental method was used to explore the effectiveness of group counseling in the psychological security intervention of secondary vocational students.Research indicates,There is no significant difference in the psychological security of secondary vocational students between the place of birth,gender,and(non-)only children.Coping style plays a part intermediary role in psychological resilience and psychological security.After the intervention,the posttest and follow-up were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group in terms of psychological resilience,coping style,and psychological security.The findings are as follows:First,the psychological security scores of secondary vocational students are overall at a medium level,boys' psychological security scores are slightly higher than girls,and urban students' psychological security scores are slightly higher than rural students,but both of them did not show statistically significant differences.There was no significant difference in the scores of psychological security between the only child and the non-only child.Second,the three variables of psychological resilience,coping style and psychological security are closely related to each other.psychological resilience can directly affect psychological security,and it can indirectly affect psychological security in part through coping styles.Third,the group counseling program based on psychological resilience and coping style,it could effectively improve the psychological security of secondary vocational students.Besides,it with significant immediate counseling effect,and significant follow-up counseling effect.
