With the development of market economy, Advertisement has been involved in many fields of human life, especially on common facilities of residence community. Who should own the earning of advertising? This becomes to the top topic of many community, and lots of disputes arising. Although there are some regulations of condominium ownership in The Property Law, there are so ugly to understand and practice, that still has to clarify in mutual rights of earning in law. In the essay, it focusing on specific analysis of earning on advertisement of the roof of the building, elevator, outer wall and other common part of building, and advising on development of relevant laws and regulations to resolve disputes and realize ownerships' rights of residence community.There are six parts in this article.I The brief on research of fundamental problems of advertisement in community.II The research of status quo of community advertisement earning in our country, and analysis of many main problems of it.III Introducing some different opinions on the problems of community advertisement earning. And the regulations of community advertisement earning in USA, UK, HK and other countries and regions.IV The analysis of the reasons of problems, in view of law and reality. V Some Advice on development of law and regulations of community advertisement earning. This is the most important part of the essay. It clarifies th relationship between the ownership of residence community and property service companies, and gives some advice on how to improve relevant laws and regulations as well as how to allocate and use of advertisement earning of residence community.
