| Capacity-building of the interests-integration is an important part of theCommunist Party of China Capacity-building. The party’s Capacity-building of theinterests-integration is one of the hot issues of today’s academic research. Scholarsstudy the party’s governing capacity building from the perspectives of politicalscience and sociology. The interests-integration is constructing a community ofinterests, through a variety of ways, to make various parts of the reasonable on thebasis of satisfying the interests of various, to keep balance of the internal socialstructure and improve the overall effectiveness of the social organism. Thecapacity-building of the interests-integration has become an important standard tomeasure the success or failure of ruling party, further enhance the interests of theparty’s ability to integrate, develop, safeguard, to achieve the interests of the masses1949—1956, the Communist Party began the national governing. The Party facedunprecedented difficulties and challenges, but Communist Party of China completedthe task of consolidation of political power of the people, national economy’s recoveryand development of the socialist transformation. Capacity-building of theinterests-integration is ground-breaking activities in the party after comprehensiveruling party building. The Communist Party of China, Combined Marxist theory andthe Chinese Communist Party’s reality of building, through the study of theory, anddemocracy within the party and strengthen the political consultation system buildingand innovation, and launched the rectification of the whole party movement, furtherenhance the party’s capacity-building of the interests-integration, meeting the interestsof the masses.The Party has accumulated valuable experience about Capacity-building of theinterests-integration in1949—1956. This helps us to further strengthen the Party’sCapacity-building of the interests-integration, and achieve the harmony of party andsocial. |
