Officer Training Corps was established by Chiang Kai-shek for training officers were organized and whose models were developed with the organizing of the Corps and were penetrated the thoughts of Chiang Kai-shek on governing troops. It is historical value and practical significance to study that model of Officers Training Corps of Chiang Kai-shek.The author intends to explore the characteristics of Officer Training Corps model based on Chiang's Officers Training Corps, and analyses in depth the Officers Training Corps model.Preface introduces the current research situation about Chiang Kai-shek and his Officers Training Corps in academic community and briefly summarizes the research results, including the contents of the article and the research methods, as well as the introduction of relevant historical data.Body part is divided into four chapters:The first chapter introduces the overview of Officers Training Corps governed by Chiang Kai-shek, including Lushan Training Corps, Emei Training Corps, Lushan Summer Training Corps and the Central Training Corps.The second chapter discusses the specific models of Chiang's Officers Training Corps, consisting of the structure, teachers, students and training content of Officer Training Corps.The third chapter focuses on the Chiang Kai-shek's control of the Officer Training Corps which was embodied through hosting a variety of activities, appointing important officers and driving in his important thoughts.The fourth chapter is the author's analysis of the model of Chiang Kai-shek's Officers Training Corps, focusing on the source of Office Training Corps, its impact and its evaluation.
