The regional coordination of administrative legislation is generated as a result of the existing administrative legislation system in our country being challenged by the tendency of regional integration, and it is also a new project to administrative jurisprudence. Now there are different forms of coordination and cooperation in the Changjiang Delta and Zhujiang Delta and the Northeast Region. This paper will pay attention to the cooperation of china and also to the American Interstate-Compacts. New regionalism and regional administration are the theoretical basis of the regional coordination of administrative legislation. The coordination is necessary to resolve the law conflicts and safeguard regional integration.Chapter Three: The American Interstate-Compacts. This part introduces the American Interstate-Compacts, and from the comparison we will find some successful experiences that is quotable.Chapter Four: The Construction of The regional coordination of administrative legislation. This part is a response to the issues raised by the first three chapters. On the basic of borrowing the experience of other countries for reference, it puts forward a series of proposal: to strengthen the mechanism of administrative agreement, to perfect the mechanism of implementation and procedure, to establish the mechanism of dispute settlement and other supporting mechanisms such as benefit compensation and share, the clearance of local regulations and consultative evaluation.
