The Early Days Of The Communist Party Of China Capacity Building And Basic Experience (1949-1956)

Strengthening the Party's governing capability, is a major issue of our party which has taken the whole country and requirements of the times, but also the people's requirements. How to strengthen party's ruling ability construction, relates the prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics and its success or failure, relates the fate of the Chinese nation, relates the party's life and the national long-term peace. Practice of Chinese Communist Party which experienced difficult journey of exploration and accumulated valuable experience is to strengthen the Party's governance capability is an important guiding principle.The ruling ability construction is a basic construction after Communist Party of China being in power. These early days, the Chinese Communist Party became the ruling party, and continued to explore to how to strengthen the party's ruling ability and consolidate the party's ruling status in the country. In this particular historical period, the party's central task, historical status and domestic-international environments have undergone fundamental changes. The Chinese Communist Party vision, seeking truth from facts and from China's national conditions and reality, developed a series of development of political, economic, cultural, military, diplomatic and other aspects of Party building the country's ills, a fruitful drastic reforms achieved by the new democratic society to socialist society, the great change. Practice has proved that the Party which led the people's achievements in this period and the change is great. During this period the party's ruling position was consolidated and the party's ability has been improved.The paper takes the early days of party's ruling ability construction as the object of study, and makes efforts to do a comprehensive analysis and study of the party leadership in this historic period of economic construction, development, democracy, strengthen the ideological and cultural construction, foreign affairs and national defense-oriented ruling party's own capacity building exploration and accumulated valuable experience. Full-text is divided into three parts of introduction, body and conclusion:the Introduction part of the theoretical basis of this paper introduces the Party concerned to strengthen the research capacity-building status, defines "ability" and "ability to govern," the two core concepts, this study illustrates the value of writing ideas and basic structure. The content of the body part is the core.First of all. the analysis of the early days of the Party's governing capacity-building background, specifically from the situation, the world situation and grasp the three aspects of the situation the party to clarify at this special time to strengthen the Party's governance capability the necessity and importance; Secondly, the focus of the Chinese Communist Party took power from the ability to enhance economic development and the development of democracy, increase the capacity of ideological and cultural construction, the capacity building of national defense and foreign affairs of the party's own capacity building aspects of the exploration.Last, I summed up the seven years before the founding of this special historical period of the Party's governance capability and the basic experience of thinking of practical significance.
