Study On The Struggle Of Suppressing Bandits In The Early Days Of The Founding Of New China

Banditry has existed since ancient times.Before the founding of The People’s Republic of China,all dynasties and dynasties had taken certain measures to control banditry,but they had never been fundamentally eradicated.In the early years after the founding of new China,most parts of the country had been liberated,but a large number of bandits and secret agents were still engaged in rampant counter-revolutionary activities,committing all kinds of crimes,seriously undermining social and economic development and antagonizing the people’s government.Against such a historical background,the Party and the government led all the military and the people in taking effective measures to carry out a vigorous struggle against bandit elimination,and finally eliminated the chronic disease of bandit elimination,enabling the people to live in peace,the society to stabilize production and the country to achieve long-term development.Social problems of governance is a process of socialist development for medium and long-term,difficult and complex a project,systematic,the research however struggle in the party and the government has taken measures,sum up the experiences of victory in the struggle of however,which was carried out on the current putting the struggle,solve various social governance problem,society is of great significance to construct the harmonious beauty.Since the bandit suppression struggle in northeast China had been basically completed before the founding of New China,this paper focuses on the bandit suppression struggle in other regions except northeast China in the early stage of the founding of new China.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part mainly expounds the historical background of bandit suppression struggle from three aspects: the severe bandit situation,the serious reason and the main harm of bandit infestation in various regions in the early days of the founding of new China.The second part elaborates the three main stages of bandit suppression struggle with the change of bandit suppression situation.Comprehensively summarize a series of major measures taken by the Party and the government in the struggle against banditry,such as upholding the Leadership of the Party,strengthening political publicity,strengthening legal guarantees,persisting in the people’s war,and combining them with various social reforms.The results obtained,the third part summarizes however struggle and adhere to the leadership of the party,adhere to the combination of military and political fight for,using the force of law,the masses of the people,adhere to the comprehensive system thinking carding summed up in five aspects in the party and government leadership however struggle of the experience of the governance of today’s society.
