Study Of Virtual Teams In The Public Security Organs

With the explosive growth of information technology, virtual teams which based on the network and communication technology have emerged and flourished,it has brought great changes and promotions to the social,economic,production and scientific research.Virtual teams present in large enterprises and social organizations have been very popular, and play an increasingly significant role. Although the information technology like the network infrastructure, professional work system and personnel training in public security organs have been done well, but the virtual teams in the applications of the public security organs is still a blank.The public security organs are facing increasingly complex working environment and heavy workload in the public domain it is involved in, but the public security organs in some ways does not have the fundamental ability to solve these problems itself, it will makes the public security organs in a passive position until the problem is serious, and the way to solve it will be struggling. In order to solve the problem at the grass roots and in the begining, public security organs must take the initiative forward, doing something positively, participating the comprehensive management consciously and promoting the management step forward.This article tries to analyze the possible difficulties in the construction of the public security organs in virtual teams and propose the corresponding solutions, demonstrate the feasibility and necessity. The public security organs play an active role by means of establishing the virtual teams within the public security organs and with the other relevant social administrative departments, increase the coordination and consultation together with the relevant functional departments, cooperate with kinds of departments, convergence effectively to focus on the prevention mechanism and the source of governance before the problem became worse and difficulties took shape. In the end of the article, combine with community policing reform in Shanghai Police Security Bureau ,i will explain how to play an unique role to construct the platform of communication between the Police and the people, establish and improve the cooperation between the Police and the social institutions in responsibility area and the cooperation of kinds of Police, then propose a reasonable suggestion how to construct the virtual teams.
