Research On Police-people Cooperation In Anti-terrorism Work

After the "9.11" incident in 2001,the international anti-terrorist situation has undergone profound changes,but the domestic influence has been less affected.However,since the "7.5" incident in Xinjiang in 2009,Xinjiang's "three forces" in Xinjiang and other countries have been subjected to anti-China forces at home and abroad.The impact of China's riots has shown a new round of high-risk situation,and it shows that the main battlefield is in Xinjiang,but other provinces also have a tendency to occur,which has caused great impact on the people's lives and property and the overall stability of the society.Threat.Relevant research and statistics show that China's index of terrorist attacks ranks 23 rd among the countries in the world and has become one of the key target countries for terrorist attacks.As the city's opening up to the outside world continues to increase,the construction of"free trade zone,free trade port" has become a national strategy,h city as a person,goods,capital in and out of the province's most important city,it can be said that the risk of terror is increasingly Intensified,but the current response to such incidents in the city of H is still in accordance with the single prevention and control mode of the public security organs.Once a terrorist incident occurs,it will inevitably be able to respond promptly and effectively,and the social voice of the police and the people participating in the anti-terrorism work is getting higher and higher.However,the cooperation between police and civilians is a new research content in the field of social management innovation.This paper takes the anti-terrorism work of h city as the research object,through the collection of literature,investigation,research,in-depth interview,case summary and other methods to analyzes the current situation of police-civilian relations in h city,and the problems existing in anti-terrorism work.After learning the relevant experience and practice in advanced regions at home and abroad,such as Israel and Xinjiang,we raised the four major aspects of prevention education,deepening management responsibility,innovative participation methods,and improving management mechanisms to raise the cooperation of police and civilians in anti-terrorism work.The countermeasures and suggestions,I hope to play a certain role in helping and guiding the public security organs in actual combat.In the face of violent terrorist attacks,the police and the publicCollaborate and respond effectively to minimize casualties and property damage caused by terrorist cases.
