As the product of the fourth police revolution in modern Western countries,community policing has exerted a far-reaching influence on the policing models in the world.Community policing is not only a policing model but also a policing concept.The aim of community policing strategy is to prevent crime and keep close relationship between the police and the people in the community,rely on all positive factors within the community to effectively solve the community security issues.As the most basic unit of the Public Security Bureau,and as a window and link to the masses,the police stations at the grass-roots level shoulder the responsibility of cracking down on crimes,maintaining public security,serving the masses and safeguarding the safety of a party.In the current new situation of social pluralism,all kinds of contradictions are complicated,and the disadvantageous factors of the relationship between the police and the people are increasing.As the most extensive contact with the people,the community police should constantly improve the flesh-and-blood contact with the people,and strive to improve the people's satisfaction with the police,to achieve a real police and people united,the police and the people close.This article takes the Hailaer East road police station in Hohhot city as an example,through some practical work cases of the Hailaer East road police station,this paper analyzes the current situation of police-civilian cooperation in community policing in urban basic-level police stations and some major problems existing at present,and draws on the rich experience of police-civilian cooperation in excellent community policing at home and abroad,to put forward some targeted measures and countermeasures to improve the effective operation of community policing,to gain the greatest trust of the people,and to improve the people's sense of security and satisfaction,finally Forms the interaction cooperation,the harmonious friendly relations between the police and the people.
