For a long time, the drug problem is attracted widespread attention for its negative effect on individuals, families and society. However, the high rate for drug addicts who failed give up successfully re-addictive to drugs are still a worldwide problem and in our society, the anti-drug work also facing this dilemma. It is very important on emphasizing the weight of real harm of drugs, highlighting the increased abstinence rates for the drug to individuals, families and society.In this article, the problem of how to effectively prevent the re-addictive is carefully studied by using a method of qualitative research and comparative study. In the article, the mechanism of drug addiction and the possible relationship among the individual, family and social are carefully researched. By re-assessing the current anti-addict model and absorbing the good experience of other countries, the possibility available of execute all round ban drug-addict is analysised. From the perspective of the concept of innovation, the way to promote the improvement the existing models, to integrate, construct more systematic models, which suitable for China's ban drug abuse, drug addiction rehabilitation work are analysised to provide useful inspiration to do there works better.This paper presents the main points: First, our current treatment methods also government-led, Compulsory treatment, voluntary drug treatment, detention is still to play a leading role in treatment, but the government-led rehabilitation regime is faced with the plight of the high relapse rate. Second, comprehensive drug addiction, drug rehabilitation work will be a long-term integrated complex process. Thus, inevitably there will be regional anti-drug work, cultural groups and other special forms. In order to minimize the harm to society of drugs, prevention measures, targeted and comprehensive demand, more extensive mobilization of social forces to actively participate in the demand, explore more practical measures for non-mandatory drug treatment becomes necessary. Third, China's national conditions for a more robust treatment system should the government-led, Comprehensive coordination of local conditions a positive force, to form a compulsory treatment, treatment group, the integration of the Trinity community assistance and education system.
