For a long time, the drug problem is attracted widespread attention for its negative effect on individuals, families and society. However, the high rate for drug addicts who failed give up successfully re-addictive to drugs are still a worldwide problem and in our society, the anti-drug work also facing this dilemma. In order to minimize the harm to society of drugs, prevention measures, targeted and comprehensive demand, more extensive mobilization of social forces to actively participate in the demand, explore more practical measures for non-mandatory drug treatment becomes necessary.
