Study On Social Work Intervent Drug Addicts Relapse With Psychosocial Therapy Pattern

Under the background of economic globalization,traditional and new drugs are rampant and are mixed with each other.The situation is extremely serious and many countries have taken measures to crack down.As well,more attention is being payed to the relapse rate of drug addicts which has increased.In recent years,research in the field of drug habits and treatment has gradually increased.Specifically,research has developed from the single subject to multidisciplinary integration,and it now also looks at how to helps drug addicts to escape drug dependency in a comprehensive way.The concept and methods of social work have been gradually introduced in the field of drug control,and this intervention effectiveness has been obvious,as the rate of the success of treatment has been improved and drug addicts have been smoothly brought back to society.On the basis of summarizing psychosocial therapy patterns and relapse prevention in the academic environment,our study actively explores the application of the psychosocial therapy pattern in social work regarding drug treatment.Taking drug addicts who come from the M Addiction Treatment Centre in Guangzhou as the research subject,we use sampling survey methods and analyze the survival rate of drug addicts within 7 days after rapid decline,indicating that the first week is the highest risk time of relapse for drug addicts.The cumulative survival rate of drug addicts within the first year decreased significantly while the cumulative survival rate after one and half years was basically stable between 40%-50%.At the same time,when exploring for factors of resuscitation,we found that factors such as household registration,marital status,family support,and the number of times of withdrawals and problem cognition all had a significant impact on relapse,while the risk of relapse was high among drug addicts who received multiple withdrawal interventions.Those who live in Guangzhou,get married,and have good family support,have a deep awareness of the damages of drug use,also have high motivation and they will rarely relapse.Based on research results,we use case work to select three drug addicts who have weak motivation and low family support.We intervened in these cases with a pattern of psychosocial therapy to extend the survival time and to test the applicability of psychosocial therapy in the field of drug treatment.Finally,the study summarizes the current situation of relapse problems,the strategy of relapse prevention,the advantages and disadvantages,and the relevant experience in the promotion of the development of a pattern of psychosocial therapy in social work for drug treatment in the future.
