Objective:As a marginal group, the forced isolation of drug addicts is gradually attracting public attention. They are separated from the society in the process of drug rehabilitation, and are in an almost completely closed environment for a long time. They have been physically detoxified before entering the rehab, but the influence of whether they take the road of relapse after the rehabilitation depends more on psychological factors. This study focused on the mechanism of the influence of self-control,mental resilience and drug craving on the relapse tendency of male drug abuse detainees who were forced to isolate. At the same time, four weeks of group intervention with mindfulness stress reduction therapy was conducted to intervene the factors related to the relapse tendency,so as to achieve the effect of reducing the relapse tendency.Methods:(1)Investigation study: this study used general data questionnaire, relapsing tendency questionnaire, drug addicts self-control questionnaire, drug craving questionnaire and mental resilience scale five assessment tools,a forced isolation rehab 378 men in Shanxi Province compulsory isolation detoxification personnel investigation and study, discusses the self control, mental flexibility, the relationship between the drug craving and relapse tendency, and drug craving in self control and the intermediary role between relapse tendency and resilience in self-control and adjustment between drug craving.One-way Anova and Process plug-in in SPSS24.0 were used to analyze the mediating and moderating effects.(2)Intervention study: taking into account the intervention cycle,60 eligible male drug abuse detainees were randomly divided into the intervention group(29)and the control group(31).The intervention group was subjected to group intervention with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction once a week for a period of four weeks. The control group did not take intervention measures.Using relapsing tendency questionnaire, drug addicts self-control questionnaire, drug craving, mental resilience scale, and fivefacts mindfulness questionnaire-short form five assessment tools, the intervention group and control group respectively before and after the test, different variables of the contrast before and after the intervention group and group, the average change of the differences between using independent sample t test, paired sample t test, variance analysis and other statistical methods for data analysis.Results:1.Investigation study(1)There was no significant difference in age of relapse tendency,self-control,mental resilience and drug craving among male drug abuse detainees under compulsory isolation(p > 0.05).There was no significant difference in educational level between relapse tendency and drug craving(p > 0.05),but there were significant differences in educational level between self-control and mental resilience(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between self-control and mental resilience in the place of residence(p > 0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between relapse tendency and drug craving in the place of residence(p < 0.05).Self-control,mental resilience and drug craving had no significant differences in marital status(p > 0.05),while relapse tendency had significant differences in marital status(p < 0.05).(1)The average score of relapse tendency,self-control,mental resilience, and drug craving was 30.28±14.02,43.33±9.09,24.19±5.4,and 143.63±49.13.(2)The self-control,mental resilience, drug craving and relapse tendency of male drug abuse detainees were significantly correlated.Drug craving plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between self-control and relapse tendency(the mediating effect value is-0.15,accounting for 89.99% of the total effect).Mental resilience plays a moderating role in the relationship between self-control and drug craving(B =-0.13,t =-2.75,p < 0.01).With the improvement of individual mental resilience, the positive predictive effect of self-control on drug craving gradually decreases.2.Intervention research(1)Comparison of baseline before intervention: there was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in the levels of mindfulness,self-control,mental resilience, drug craving and relapse tendency(p > 0.05).(2)Comparison of differences between groups after intervention: in terms of relapse tendency, the average score of drug influence in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t =-2.03,p < 0.05).In terms of other dimensions andthe total score of relapse tendency, the difference between the intervention group and the control group was not significant(p > 0.05).On the level of mindfulness, observation of intervention group average score significantly higher than that of control group(t = 3.51,p< 0.01),the description of the intervention group average score is significantly higher than the control group(t = 2.71,p < 0.01),intervention group does not response the average score is significantly higher than the control group(t = 3.13,p < 0.01),the intervention group had a significantly higher level of mindfulness scored an average of(t = 3.04,p <0.01);In terms of the total score of mental resilience and its various dimensions, the mean scores of the intervention group and the control group were significantly different(p <0.05).In terms of self-control,drug craving and its various dimensions, there was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group(p > 0.05).(3)Diff: in the group before and after the intervention on self-control,intervention group intervention of the behavior execution before the average score was significantly lower than the average scores of after the intervention(t = 2.27,p < 0.05),on the self control the rest of the dimensions, measuring average score difference before and after the intervention group and control group had no statistical significance(p > 0.05);In terms of the relapse tendency and its various dimensions, the mean score before and after the treatment group and the control group increased significantly(p < 0.05).On the level of mindfulness, the average score of non-judgment before intervention in the intervention group was significantly higher than the average score after intervention(t = 3.112,p <0.001).On the other dimensions of mindfulness, there was no statistically significant difference in the average score before and after the intervention group and the control group(p > 0.05).In terms of mental resilience and drug craving and their various dimensions, there was no statistically significant difference in mean scores before and after the intervention group and the control group(p > 0.05).(4)Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction group intervention subjective feedback show that Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction helps to improve male drug abuse detainees awareness of their own feelings, thoughts and feelings, help drug researchers found that the internal force of healing, and choose better coping styles in adverse circumstances, for the smooth and the way to return to society to lay the foundation of wisdom.Conclusion:(1)The effects of relapse tendency,self-control,mental resilience and drug cravingof male drug abuse detainees on different age groups were consistent. The levels of self-control and mental resilience were significantly influenced by the level of education.Relapse tendencies and drug cravings were significantly influenced by the location of residence; The marital status of individuals will affect the level of relapse tendency.(2)There was a significant correlation between self-control,mental resilience, drug craving and relapse tendency of male drug abuse detainees.Drug craving plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between self-control and relapse tendency;Resilience moderates the relationship between self-control and drug cravings.(3)After a four-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction group intervention,we found that the difference between before and after the intervention group contrast and comparison of differences in the group, mindfulness decompression group intervention therapy are to some extent, improved the level of mindfulness of male drug abuse detainees,self-control and mental flexibility level, relapsing tendency to get exposure to a certain extent; The effectiveness of group intervention with mindfulness stress reduction therapy in reducing drug cravings remains to be investigated and validated.
