Research On Collaborative Governance Mechanism Relating To Decrease Of Rate Of Relapse For The S Drug Rehab Facility Of Guangdong Province

Drug rehabilitation is a difficult problem in many countries in the world.Various problems will emerge in the practice of drug rehabilitation,and the high relapse rate for drug addicts who are back to society after being controlled is one of the significant issues.In western countries,physically giving up drug addiction is just the beginning of the whole rehabilitation process,while in our country it is considered as the completion of the drug rehabilitation.From the practical point of view of our country,the drug rehabilitation work is mainly in two aspects: one is physical drug rehabilitation,and the other one sis psychological rehabilitation.However most people think that the physical withdrawal from addiction is the completion of the entire drug rehabilitation work,while few people will pay attention to monitor and investigate the drug addicts after they leave the rehab facilities.For addicts,a key part of the success of drug treatment is that once out into the world,it depends on whether they relapse.In order to solve the problem of high relapse rate of addicts government adopted many measures,but due to various reasons such as themselves,family,society,return to society’s most addicts will still is in a state of recessive relapsed or relapse,many social problems in these factors influence each other,serious impact on the security and stability of the society.This paper uses literature analysis and actual data to discuss the current management situation of drug addicts after their return to society,and analyzes the causes of high relapse rate of drug addicts,governance participants of social management and obstacles of collaborative governance.In the meantime,combining with my own work practice,the S drug rehab facility of Guangdong province is selected as the research subject,where reducing the relapse rate is my main goal and the multiple main participants have worked together to reduce the relapse rate,whichis a starting point for my later research about cooperative governance mechanism for multiple participants in this paper.Meanwhile,the paper has tried to provide the drug rehab facilities a better solution for reducing relapse rate of drug addicts on the basis of analyzing and deep thinking of successful experience and relevant theories of foreign drug rehab facilities in relation of reducing relapse rate.
