Study Of Contemporary China's Political Stability

Political stability is a major theoretic and practical problem in the field of political development. The domestic and foreign scholars have made more thorough research and obtained many valuable results. The objective of the paper is to broaden the research angle of political stability in theory, analyze the realistic problems of contemporary China's political stability in practice, and make a more scientific forecast of future political stability and puts forward the countermeasures. The research methods mainly are the literature methodology, empirical research, experience method.This paper points out that the political stability refers the political supply ability of the social and political system can satisfy the need of human survival and development under the level of social productive forces and puts forward the three dimension of analyzing the political stability, that is the level of social productive forces, human needs and political supply capacity. First, the level of social productive forces radically restricts the political stability and provides the future political trends. Political stability also reacts on the development level of productive forces. Secondly, the person is special life with demand, and demand is the purpose of past human activity. It is stable to satisfy the human survival and development needs of political system , vice is unstable; The higher the satisfied degree is, the more stable, the lower satisfaction, the more unstable; it is stable political system to satisfy the human survival needs stable political system and highly stable political system to satisfy the human development needs; Whatever devotes oneself to satisfy the human survival and development needs, the political system has inherent stability, always disregard for human survival and development needs, the life of political system is not long. Finally, political supply capacity is an important dimension measure of political stability. The internal stability of political system is inseparable from the various institutions to realize the social benign operation, guarantee system, effective implementation of the execution rules, and the implementation of the system capacity.The level of social productive forces, human needs and political supply capacity as the three dimensions in the research of political stability are inseparable from each other and indispensable. From the perspective of three dimensions, the strategy chosen to achieve political stability should be to improve the comprehensive national strength as the goal, vigorously develop social productive forces; to satisfy the political community members demand oriented to make scientific and rational political policies, in order to improve political supply capacity for target push political system reform.The overall situation of contemporary Chinese politics is basically stable, but the level is relatively shallow, vulnerable, lack of the political system support to maintain and improve the level of political stability. It is extremely difficult to maintain political stability in the current task. Forty years later, China's socialist modernization will be achieved and the political stability will be towards into the higher level. The strategy to keep the political stability is as follow: the goal of development should be concentrated in the people the reality of survival and development of the people from the development of productive forces; to put the building of the people's livelihood in top priority, to take effective measures to address public concern with the survival and development of practical issues closely; to innovate the new ideas of political stability and actively promote the political system.
