The establishment of the new-type schools in late Qing dynasty wasn't only the transformation of the school education system, but also produced a new student group. These students were different from the former students. Because they didn't have to take the imperial examination, they were a group of special groups in the era of great upheavals. They accepted the new knowledge, so they were full of critical spirit of the old system. They were ideal and aggressive, and their actions had far-reaching influence on the modern Chinese history. In the May 4th movement, student groups also showed great strength. The student movement expanded from campus to outside school, and produced huge political influence. Youth are an important force in the revolution, before the communist party of China established, revolutionary pioneers such as Chen Duxiu and Li Dazhao took care to develop youth work and established Chinese Socialist Youth League. As a youth organization of the proletariat, the process of establishing and developing Youth League wasn't easy. The organization construction also experienced a growing process. From the establishment of Youth League in 1921 to the failure of the great revolution in 1927, Youth League was growing in the dark. The relationship between the Communist Party and the proletarianization were two important issues that Youth League had to face. These problem decided the developing direction of the organization, and directly affect the healthy growth of Youth League. These two problems could reflect the status of the youth league and the thought of revolutionary pioneers and reveal its developing process. Whether the relationship between Youth League and CPC, or the proletarianization of Youth League, were all needed to be carefully examined in the actual work and to be observed effect in specific work. As the political center at the north, Beijing was representative, also had its own special place. Beijing is the political and cultural center, and there are many schools and students, so Beijing is the cradle of the student movement. But its industry wasn't well developed, and lacked conditions of developing workers movement. Youth League based mainly on student work, even in a period of time, the organization was all students. From central policy and documents to the implementation of league organizations in Beijing, many measures were all needed to be examined the effect in practice, and to be constantly adjusted.
