Multi-national, The Social Structure Of Tension And Mass Incidents Occurred

Since the reform and opening up, a new round of modern state building has began in our country, in the guideline of "taking economic construction as the center task", economy and society have developed rapidly.In this process, the social and economic structure have occurred profound changes, and the pattern social interersts have continuously been adjusted. As a shocked social reaction to the state'effect, the happening of popular resistance frequently today shows that China's modern state building is imperfect". Therefore,if we want to completely solve popular resistance, we must reflect the way or path of modern state building and improve it. This thesis is based on the State Society framework, starting from the state to analyze the occurring of popular resistance, try to reveal how China's modern state building causes popular resistance, and put forward preliminary proposals which improve the way of China's modern state building on this basis.Weng'an "6.28" event in GuiZhou province was the "sample event" of popular resistance in our country recently, it had a large number of participants, high level of violence degree and large destruction, it damaged the interests of the country and people seriously, and leaded to very bad social influence. But it did not accidentally happen, it was the result of long-term accumulation of social contradictions and conflicts of Weng'an. From the view of state society relationship, it was the microcosmic reflection of our state and society interaction. Since the founding of People's Republic of China, our state form have developed from single socialism to Multiple state forms of socialism, post-total ism, developmental ism. Because of different targets and interests from the three state forms, they trigger social contradictions and conflicts with one or several factors. Ultimately it shapes the social structure strain.Just because of the social structure strain, Weng'an society has become a "powder keg",when "blasting fuse"-accidental death of LiShuFen appear, lots of "non-direct stakeholders" take to the street for "seeking justice", "powder keg" is detonated fmally,then serious violence happening. Multiple state forms and social structure strain constitute the Macroscopical factors of Weng'an "6'.28" event's occurring, and the interaction between Weng'an government and Weng'an people in the process of event happening is the microcosmic reflection of the interaction of Macroscopical factors. Weng'an government that affected by multiple state forms andWeng'an people who live in the society of structure strain have formed the interaction process between offical and the comm n people: inffectively benign interaction—malign interaction—benign interaction. The multipar snae uens abd secuety structure strain which cause Weng'an "6.28" event's occurring are the "byproduct"of China's modern state building. This thesis argues that it can perfect the China's modern state building from three aspects to relieve the society structure strain and to reduce the the occurring of popular resistance: first, our country must strengthen the construction of democratic system, improving the institutional level; second, our country must strengthen the construction of civil society, and give full play to the role of civil society; third, our country must improve the level of policy making and implementation, and strive to build positive interaction between state and society.
