Study Of Law Enforcement Of The News Media

Press supervision has it's characteristics. It is of importance to police enforcement.It is good to fill up a deficiency of government's authority supervision, prevent abusing power,to maintain police image,to prevent corruption.They have the same value that is equity and justice. They have the same target that is to protect people's right. These conformities is the foundation of coordination the relationship between press supervision and police enforcement.But there are lots of problems in practice. Public security organ have not a proper attitude to press supervision,lak of communication with media, deal with public opinion improperly,ignore media right. News media have misunderstanding to police law enforcement's independence and confidentiality, One-sided positive propaganda, give too much emphasis to interesting, misuse the freedom of speech.These problems hinder press supervision playing it's positive role.To solve theabove-mentioned problems,some suggestions are proposed:to carry out the forecasting system concerning police news; to regulate the managing mechanism of police news resources; to establish dealing with spot news mechanism;to bridge a friendly communication between the police and the media; to scientifically set up public security's regulating mechanism of network media reports; to formalize the information management system of police news; to construct a crisis-solution mechanism for the prevention of the police ill images and to train the police force with methods of dealing with the press and to construct media infringement institution.
