The territorial safety is extremely important and is the surviving foundation of development of a country. Our facing homeland security issues become more complex and diverse, leading far-reaching challenges. In the current rapidly changing international circumstances, we urgently need a new overall strategy for dealing with this issue,the overall nationalsecurity concept has emerged. Its strategically advantageous position, grasp the overall national strategy for China’s current macro-purpose and real territorial unity security issue with the micro-tools, so it is very significant. This paper attempts to analyze the overall security concept for new ideas and study the specific territorial disputes faced at present times, trying to come up with a realistic solution framework.The structure of the paper is divided into five parts. Part one: introduction, briefly introducing why I chose the overall security concept as my subject and the oretical significance, combing the current domestic and foreign academic circle representativeness overall security concept for literature and ideas. Part two: discussing the territory dsecurity issues in an important position in the overall security concept, defining the definition of territorial security, stating that the innovations of this article. Part three: giving brief analyses of the facing territory security problems currently, specifically from Indian border issue, the South China Sea issue and summarizing the three aspects of the issue of Diaoyu. Part four, using the overall security concept to makes a detailed analysis to the above question, and putting forward corresponding countermeasures. Part five is the conclusion of the paper, to the point of this article summarizes the conclusions and future prospects.
