As the new comer in the training institutions for civil servants, the Practice Education Base aims to improve the effectiveness and pertinence by making full use of the resource advantage of the base. The characteristic Practice Education Base is subordinated to the regional institution or Colleges for Management Cadres. Though supported by the previous mature training as a model and guaranteed by the abundant regional humanity and technology resources, it still calls for the huge discovery of theory and practice to establish the brand training base with a radiation function.
