A Study On The Service Needs Of Demolition And Relocation In Beijing

Along with the accelerating urbanization process, the new type of transition of resettlement community have sprung up in various cities. Especially in the suburbs of the biggest cities like Beijing, on the edge of the rural land has been urbanization devour, farmers lose their original land, be unified planning into the resettlement community. Thus, these farmers become to citizens on the space, from rural life to urban life. In the demolition in the community, however, could these new citizens adapt to life in the city community and the community services can meet the needs of their lives and have what kind of difference with other urban community service requirements? The study is from the resettlement community residents of community service requirement with quantitative and qualitative methods, to study the residents of the service requirements in terms of empirical research, understand the relocation of the present situation of community service, find the existing problems of community service,and understand what are the requirements of community service for residents, in order to improve the future community service through the investigation and research results of the data and complete the practice basis of resettlement community.During the study, first of all, the author will understand the status and development of China’s community service demolition community situation at present from the aspects of literature, then visit a demolition community residents in Beijing through questionnaires and interviews, primarily understand the demolition of community residents, the shortcomings of the existing community service, the residents and community connection degree, the cognition of service content and its selectivity, tendentiousness. For the community staff interviews, to understand the basic situation of community service information, what are the deviation with the actual needs of residents, find some problems of the demolition community services in the community and the reasons. The author hope to find ways to strengthen and perfect the countermeasure of resettlement community service ideas and Suggestions from government leading, community building, residents autonomy and voluntary consciousness and social forces to participate in and so on, so as to improve the service quality of resettlement community and satisfaction of the service of residents to the project, promote the transformation of resettlement community,and make the urban community faster, ensure the smooth progress of the urbanization process in China.
