A Study On The Fine Management Of Urban Management In A City

Nowadays the rapid growth of market economy, the rapid development of city, movement of the floating population, and the complexity of public order, that makes city management more difficult. The rough attribute of city management are becoming one of the biggest problem that undermines the growth of economy. It is necessary for our government sectors with different function to generalize the idea of fine management thought and put it into practice. Also important for them to rebuild some structure for city management, find the set of rough points of management process, erect ‘detail focused’ ideal, pursue exquisite target, create elegant environment, build fine management procedure, provide comfortable service, then push our city management up into next level. For this paper we coperate with the municipal bureau of city administration and law enforcement(in sort MBCALE), using their collected data about report and punish in recent years, combine with some methods and theoretics that relate to statistics, to build reasonable statistical evaluation system. Then establish the model to predict some detailed data for some specified fields that contribute to the goal of fine management from data analysis prospect.First, we need to do some cleaning, sorting, converging process for our data, then build evaluation system. the data collected by MBCALE is with large size and diverse dimensions such as area, timeline, some detaied field for MBCALE and so on. The storage of these data is diverse and discrete. Our solution is to use some program and some sripts and some batch processing technique to refine and converge the existed data, then bring in statistic index method, build index system using the converged data, and try to pave the way for the next step.Second, get a overview for city management in different area using the evaluation system, then try to find some otherness that varies from area to area in order to throw out some suggestion that can help relevant government sectors to make some new decision to refine some detailed structure for city management.The third mission is to make prediction for some entries which are strong for real-time and sensitive to timeline, combine with semaphore mechanism, to guarantee the fine management of urban area.
