A Study On The Idea Of ​​Ecological Civilization Of The Communist Party Of China

In modern society, especially since the industrial revolution, rapid development of productivity has been obtained. However, a number of environmental problems and ecological problems are coming following the development, ecological civilization forms in such circumstances. Ecological civilization is a reflection on the industrial civilization based on the consumption of resources and ecological destruction, as well as a beneficial exploration of sustainable development of human society. Ecological civilization can be defined from the perspectives of special and general. Narrow sense refers to the relations between ecological environment and human beings while broad ecological civilization is the new stage, and a new form of human civilization, covering every aspect of society. It is the sum of new social forms between man and nature, man and society as well as man and man. In the late 1960 s of the 20 th century, eco-political movements took place in Britain, France, the United States, Germany and other developed countries, where the masses spontaneously went to the streets in protests to call on the Government to pay attention to environmental problems and enhance ecological governance. Among which the most famous protest in April 1970 swept across the United States with more than 20 million people participating in public political movements, this movement directly led to the "Earth Day" in 1972 and the convening of the first United Nations Conference on human environment. Since then, ecological politics became a distinctive flag of the international social and political developments.With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, economic development, rising standards of industrialization, production and living standards of the people improved significantly. But at the same time, under the influence of historical and practical factors, China’s extensive economic mode of production has brought a series of ecological and environmental problems such as energy waste, soil and water pollution, air pollution, drastic diminishing of forests and so on. Forms of severe ecological conditions do not only harm people’s living and production environment, but also set more serious obstacles to social development. Our party gradually made it clear and began to pay more attention to the pollution governance and ecological environment protection. Especially in recent years in the 17 th National Congress of CPC, "ecological civilization" was proposed for the first time in the party’s report. As to the 18 th ecological civilization is directly put into to socialism career as a basic layout for society construction, combining ecological civilization, political design, economic structure, and cultural development. "Beautiful China", a grand target of ecological construction, as well as a ruling concept for ecological civilization, is a theory innovation made by CPC based on Chinese basic conditions, social development and reform of reality, and also the combination of Marxism-Leninism and current practical needs. It is also a new way to get development of ecological construction leading political construction, and economic construction and social construction based on the optimization of industrial structure and changes in relations for support. The ecological civilization is a systematic theory which covers political, economic and social aspects.This article starts from studying the current ecological issues in our society, analyzes China’s basic national conditions and international background in modern construction, and illustrates the realistic basis of the CPC’s ruling philosophy of ecological civilization. In the second part, this paper discusses the CPC’s useful theories and practical explorations about ecological since the foundation of our country. According to the historical stages of socialistic construction and the related leaders’ theory works as well as practical activities, the author tries to divide the construction into three periods and summarize the theories and practical points in them. The article tends to talk about the basic content and main meaning of the CPC’s ruling concept of ecological civilization respectively in the third and the fourth part. These two parts are the summary of current Chinese ecological civilization construction theories, based on the party’s conferences and policies as well as the leaders’ comments and practical activities in current times especially after the18 th CPC’s congress. It describes the concept’s guiding meaning on the ecological civilization of modern China.
