As to the theory source, experiential training is mainly based on the experiential learning theory, situational learning theory, constructivism learning theory and theory of Dewey’s theory of "learning by doing" and so on.Application of experiential training in the young pioneers counselor training is not only helpful to the establishment of the basis and central position of the young pioneers counselors, but also strengthen the understanding and acquisition of training content. Besides, it plays a great role in the cultivation of their innovation and positive emotional attitude. Therefore, schools and education training department should reform concept, set up the correct concept of training; Clear objectives, combining training form and training content; Build project research team, and develop high-quality projects; provide material guarantee, emphasize the effectiveness of training; Consolidate and continue training effects and emphasize the later follow-up training.Experiential training must be combined with the traditional training.
