The Young Pioneers' Counselors are specific implementers of the Young Pioneers' works and tasks,which have always been highly valued by educators.To promote the career development of the Young Pioneers' counselors,their vocational training is an inevitable way to improve their business capabilities to adapt to their overall quality and the development of the new era and others.According to the “Young Pioneers' Counselor Vocational Training Needs Questionnaire”,to study the demand situations of the professional theoretical knowledge,the professional and technical ability and the vocational training attitude in the career development of Young Pioneers counselors,the questionnaire survey is used in young pioneers' counselors in primary and secondary schools of some provinces and cities.The questionnaire is divided into three parts;the second part of the scale contains three dimensions: the professional theoretical knowledge,the professional technical ability and the vocational training attitude,there are 27 items in total.According to the survey results,86.02% of the Young Pioneers' counselors are in the level of “more need” or “great need”.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the training of Young Pioneers' counselors.In three dimensions of the vocational training needs of the Young Pioneers' counselors,what they most need is the professional technical ability,which scores 4.6,the scores of the professional theoretical knowledge and the vocational training attitude respectively are 4.37,4.28.Finally,the Young Pioneers' counselors are not satisfied with the results of their own vocational training,they tend to study children's ideology and education knowledge,psychological lectures and the improvement of personal abilities and others in the choice of training content.To verify the validity of the questionnaire survey results,the researchers interviewed individual counselors,and the interview results were basically consistent with the questionnaire results.Basing on the analysis of the results of this study,the following corresponding countermeasures are proposed: updating training methods and conducting the vocational training of multi-channel counselors;enriching the training knowledge and adhering to both theoretical knowledge and practical skills;strengthening the subject consciousness and enhancing the professional recognition of Young Pioneers' counselors;optimizing the model management and improving the exchange platform among urban and rural Young Pioneers' counselors.
