Research On The Construction Of The Young Pioneer Counselor Training System

The young pioneers’ counselors are close friends of young children.It is the backbone of the young pioneers.It plays a vital role in the work of the young pioneers,the ideological consciousness of the children,education and spiritual guidance.The mission of the counselor is to create a good environment for the healthy growth of young children.Therefore,build a perfect training system for young and early coach coaches,improve the overall knowledge of the young team coach team,and build a professional team of young pioneers coaches with excellent quality,which is the key and guarantee for the healthy growth of the young pioneers in the development of science and service for the young pioneers.Through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,The survey studied 443 young pioneers counsellors in 13 cities in shanxi province,analyze the training status and training needs of counselors,.and seek advice from the young pioneers on the instructor training,combining theoretical comprehensive analysis of the current problems existing in the training and attribution.On the basis of this,the training system of young pioneers can be built,so as to improve the personal qualities of counselors and accelerate the construction of professional team.This research focuses on the research results of the current young pioneers training,in addition,according to the interview and investigation of the training opinions of the young pioneers,the training needs and the actual situation of the training of young pioneers in shanxi province were investigated,reflect the real difficulties and problems in current counselor training,It was found that the training was casual,low train coverage,lack of demand in the training,lack of pertinence in training content,single training mode,lack of practical exercise and not enough scientific evaluation way etc,and it analysed attribution analysis at that the ShaoGongWei and related education department level,school level,carrying out training level,individual level for the attribution analysis.Then,on the basis of the research on teacher professional growth and training theory,combined with the national policy guidance counselor specialization of young pioneers,to build a training system for young pioneers who are closely related to young pioneers.This system contains the principles of training system construction in the training preparation stage,training needs analysis,determination of training objectives,setting of training objectives,the creation of training teacher library,selection of training methods.To the training implementation stage of the training content determination,training mode selection.To the training evaluation stage,and throughout the training process training security.
