As the general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, Xi Jin ping is committed to purify the political environment since the 18th National Congress. The anti-corruption is becoming a universal topic of discussion. There is a variety of means to control the corruption. Independent Deposit System is an innovative system design which is a scientific and operational means, it could improve the cost of corruption and cut the path of corruption. Because deposit system has played a remarkable success in Singapore and Hong Kong, so this new system could be a good way for our future.Firstly, the article starts from the concept of integrity deposit system, focusing on the Singapore Central Provident Fund, and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the new system in China. In recent decades, many localities and departments devote to practice integrity deposit system. In the actual implementation process a lot of problems come up to our face inevitably. Finally, the author uses integrated knowledge of relevant political science, economics, history and management to make suggestions for improving the independent deposit system. We can improve the internal mechanism from the implementation of the deposit system integrity standards, capital structure, improve the integrity margin on mating system, drawing on corruption-related deposit system of the basis of experience, and basing on China’s specific national conditions in the future. In addition, we must strengthen the education system of the main deposit system integrity. Only in this way could we greet a better anti-corruption.
