Research On The Current Situation And Developing Countermeasure Of Catching And Wrestling In Chongqing Public Security

With the development of society and economy, the resources are not evenly distributed in all regions, and gradually expand the development gap between rich and poor, leading to a growing problem of social order. In addition, different concepts of faith and national penetration of international terrorism, leading to the gradual spread of terrorism, a serious threat to national security, public security organs resulting in safeguarding national security and social stability in an increasingly difficult task. SWAT is the reaction of police to perform certain specific tasks in the police, is responsible for a variety of dangerous tasks police special police. Nature of work and the nature of public security police mission determines the responsibilities of public security work great danger of great features. So how our view of the current public security police and the characteristics of the actual nature of the work to improve their fighting SWAT team fighting ability is crucial. Police Wrestling is our nation’s public security police must be trained to work every day, in the enforcement process, in order to protect the people and their safety, can accomplish the mission played a crucial role in this in-depth study of Chongqing public security police system, Capturing and Grappling Skills Armed Police to investigate and analyze the implementation, in order to provide a theoretical basis for future research. In this paper, the use of literature, questionnaires, field surveys, methods of mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Chongqing 18 district-level, 17 county-level and Chongqing SWAT Situation grappling combat training total 26 special police units conducted an investigation, Systematic analysis of the various public security SWAT team grappling combat training objectives cognition, content content, methods and means, training times, venues and equipment, instructors situation, evaluation and other aspects of inductive analysis of the Chongqing Municipal Public Security SWAT grappling combat training problems targeted proposed countermeasures to protect the Chongqing Municipal Public Security SWAT grappling combat training, and can better improve the public security police fighting ability, to serve the people better.By analyzing survey results, the Chongqing Municipal Public Security SWAT grappling combat training problems are: lack of adequate training for combat grappling attention, combat capability needs to be strengthened; SWAT Actual Combat training is not part of the real strong, old textbooks, organization, training form single, relatively backward training methods; lack of funds and facilities do not meet the training requirements, instructor qualifications generally not high, the overall training capacity needs to be improved; grappling fighting skills assessment content is incomplete, assessment methods are not stringent enough. On this basis of this study, combined with relevant literature, summed up countermeasures to protect the Chongqing Municipal Public Security SWAT grappling combat training as follows: to strengthen the management on grappling combat training to improve the degree of attention, optimal combination of training content and compose new textbooks, people-oriented, innovative training model to improve the training base construction, additional equipment space utilization; to instructors based on improving scientific and reasonable evaluation system, and effectively improve the training effect.
