Research On Pre-job Training Of Auxiliary Police Of Public Security Organs

Police assistant staff is a specific group to assist public security organs in policing work,and plays an indispensable role in maintaining social order.However,due to the imperfect management system of police auxiliary personnel in China,especially the weak training links of the auxiliary police,the low quality of the auxiliary police personnel,the instability of the auxiliary police force and the weak ability of the auxiliary police are more prominent.This article will be the main research object in this paper.Based on the theory of human capital,the theory of training demand analysis and the theory of educational psychology,this paper takes the auxiliary police force of Xiang Cheng District public security organs of Suzhou as the research object,starting from the practical needs of police work and police resources in Xiang Cheng District public security organs of Suzhou City,using the literature review and questionnaire in social science research.The methods of checking,comparative research and data analysis are combined with the practical experience of the auxiliary police in some areas with the practice of Xiang Cheng District in Suzhou,and combining the relevant theory with the actual analysis,and aiming at the current situation and existing problems of the training management of the auxiliary police in Xiang Cheng District public security organs of Suzhou City,and puts forward the improvement of the police assistance.The strategy of pre-job training includes strengthening the needs analysis of pre-job training,optimizing the content of the course,improving the construction of the teachers team,strengthening the financial support measures,and building a scientific evaluation mechanism,so as to provide some suggestions for the construction of the police auxiliary personnel.The first chapter is the introduction,the main content is the background and significance of research,the status of research at home and abroad,research methods and ideas,research difficulties and innovation points,through analysis leads to the main body of writing;the second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis,mainly on the related concepts involved in the paper,and simple introduction The third chapter is the investigation of the status of the pre-job training of police assistant personnel in the public security organs,mainly taking Xiang Cheng District,Suzhou as an example,to investigate the basic situation of the pre-job training for police auxiliary personnel,and analyze the existing problems in the pre-job training of the police auxiliary personnel and the existence of the existing problems.The cause of the problem is analyzed.The fourth chapter is the experience model of the pre-job training of the domestic police assistant,summarizes and expounds the advanced experience of the domestic related areas,and puts forward the reference significance for this study;the fifth chapter is the suggestion and measures to improve the pre-job training of police assistant personnel.In this part,the needs of police assistants pre-job training are analyzed.In view of the needs and the problems existing in the previous analysis,the countermeasures are put forward to improve the pre-job training of police auxiliary personnel.Finally,the conclusion is concluded,and the main contents of the paper are summarized,and the future research direction of the paper is also prospected.
