Research On The Education Of CPC 's Cadres During The Anti - Japanese War

Cadre education, strengthen self-construction has been regarded as an important work and achieve self-development of the Chinese Communist Party. During the war, the effectiveness of this work have been significantly improved. At that time, ethnic conflicts, the rapid expansion of the war situation, the struggle between the power of the poor, such as the outbreak of a series of problems have to make a profound understanding of the Communists to strengthen the cadre of the urgency and importance of education.
