Research On The Identification Of Social Organization And Its Promotion

With the formation of the government purchase of social service mode, more and more public domain of the power transferred to the society, stimulating the rapid development of the social organization. The social organization is a non-profit voluntary organization, which encouraging citizen participation in public welfare activities, promoting social development. But,the current state of social organization is not perfect, the degree of recognition is not high, which is not only due to the lack of capacity, the lack of professional concept of members, but also have a close relationship with the development of social organizations in the social environment, policy support, funding support and so on.This paper concentrates on the research on the social organization of multidimensional identification, first through the review of the research in this field analysis of experts and scholars research background, domestic and foreign research results, a basic understanding of the social organizational identification and the existing theoretical basis, research ideas and methods so as to formulate the. Then, from the social identity and social organization of internal organizafion external identity of the two aspects, respectively analysis and form dimension form all kinds of organizational identification, and combining with the experience of the current situation of social organization development, and its support for system from the source, multi-faceted study of the social organization of multidimensional identity. Finally, after the article conducted a comprehensive study of social identity of N City phenomena by means of the interview, combined with the actual situation on the problem of social organizational identification performance, cause analysis, and put forward the way to improve the social organization of internal and external identity.
