Study On The Development Countermersure Of Social Organizationgs In Wujiang

The social organization is a s iganification carrier to undertake government functions, to upgrade the social governmental performance and enhance the social development. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, with the continuous improvement of the social governance, the board of committee clearly proposed to improve the performance of governance and moderize the governmental operation system. As one of the si gnificant subjects of the social governance, the overall develpoment of social organization has become the core point of social governance which strongly supported by the government. Obviously, the development of social organizations is still on the early stage in china. There are still many problems such as low quality of cultivation unbalanced development system and mechanism reconcilling etc. According to that, there is still a big gap between the expectation of central government on the aspects of modernization and comprehensive abilities of social organisational construction.This artilce is based on the study of development of the social organizations combined with relevant theories. Choosing current development situation of social organization in Wujiang as research objects, Make a introducing of the basic situation of the development of social organizations in Wujiang from the various such as history of s ocial organization,division of the organisation,service contents of social organisation and ou tcoming of the contribution in wujiang.Meanwhile,base on the current development situation,pointed out the problems which existed in the cultivation and development of social organization in Wujiang. Such as lack of standardization, lack of financial fundrasing, poor management and less ability of social organizational construction. At the same time, overviews of the problems which summarised before, concluded the four major reasons caused these probl ems: unstandardized policy making procession; not enough social participation,unsustainable regulatory system and positioning is not on the right direction.This article is concerned from the perspective of the public incubation park in Wujiang,summarised the three operation models from cooperation,service and co-construction which are beneficial for the development of social organization in Wujiang.Beides, indicated more speicific details for the consutrction of social organisation such as : improve the legislative intension, to protect the legal social activity.;upgrade the efficiency of fundrising,to fin ance the social organisation in a prompt way;accelarate the contents of services for the social organisaiton; setup the database for social organisation,to supervise the activities in a scientific way; renew and create new path for the continuable developing of social activity.The main purpose of this article is concentrate on the wujiang`s social organisation from all aspects including the problems for the legislation and governmental support 、the sustainable developing and solution.This artilce is based on the study of development situation, problems and countermeasures of social organizations in Wujiang, it is believed that the government should undertake the function of standardization and guidance in the development of social organization, Standardize and define the system construction, resource supply, award evaluation. Social organization itself s hould play a good role o f autonomy and innovation, and fully stimulate their own potential.With the research of social organisation, may provide the necessary knowledge and experiences for thos e area who wish de velop the social organisation well and healthy.
