A Study On The Government Function Of Rural Cultural Construction In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the important engine leading the China’s economic development, meanwhile is the inevitable requirement to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. Facing with the new era and new features, the central government proposed that we must adhere to the town as a core, and implement the diversification of urbanization development path to achieve economic, social, cultural, ecological comprehensive and coordinated development during building urbanization in the future. So, building the rural culture is the proposition of era that must be took attention in the process of urbanization. However, currently, in the process of advancing urbanization, the urban culture is characterized by the advancing and civilization, and eliminates the rural culture which is labeled by backward and ignorant. The fate of rural culture is crisis. The rural culture is formed in the long term living and practice of the majority of farmers, which development is not only enrich the spiritual life of the peasants and heritage the excellent traditional Chinese culture, but also conducive to achieving the goal of the new urbanization. The rural culture construction is a systematic project, it needs to the body of the construction together to play a relevant role. This one in particular, needs government support and guidance. However, the current reality is that the functions of government to play a missing, did not do her duties, therefore, studying the government functions of rural culture construction in the process of urbanization has important significance.This thesis takes town into background, and takes the government function of rural culture construction as the research subject.
