With the development of China's economy,the progress of society and the improvement of people's living standard,the pace of urbanization has gradually accelerated.However,in recent years,with the development of urbanization and the deepening of beautiful rural construction,both are under construction Of the problems and contradictions have gradually emerged,and attracted the attention of all sectors of society.At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee,the scientific requirements of the new rural construction,Anhui Province has also carried out the construction of "ecological livable village beauty,prosperous people living in the United States,civilized and harmonious rural beauty"beautiful village as the overall goal of the building Planning,committed to the context of urbanization to promote the beautiful rural construction,urban and rural areas to achieve the unity and common development,in today's national conditions,to promote urban construction and beautiful rural construction has become indispensable,and complement each other.In the country to build a beautiful wave of rural construction,the provincial government's call,Wuhu County,actively carried out a beautiful rural construction.In the beautiful rural construction,Wuhu County,focusing on scientific planning,co-ordination,not only in the village capacity village,infrastructure and other hardware supporting construction,the same focus on improving the income level of farmers,optimize the public service,the development of special industries,Urbanization process,the beautiful rural construction has also made a good result,to achieve the urbanization and beautiful rural construction of the harmonious unity.But we also saw that although the beautiful rural construction in Wuhu County has achieved good results,but there are some problems that can not be ignored,such as planning is not scientific enough,not enough system,homogenization of rural construction problems heavier,characteristic villages are few;Capital investment is not in place,the government funds pressure,social funds to participate in the masses to participate in self-financing less,lack of construction potential;the masses take the initiative to participate in the lack of management after the difficulties;characteristics of small enterprises,industrial chain,problem.Through the study of the actual case of beautiful rural construction and the reading of domestic and foreign literature,it is found that blindly pursuing urbanization and neglecting rural construction is not feasible,and it is easy to lead to the contradiction between rural and urban areas.Similarly,the rural construction is not harmonious docking with urbanization,scientific planning,there will be waste of resources,hollow village and other issues.In the construction,the beautiful rural construction can not be simply equivalent to the old village remediation,can not be equal to only focus on improving the village capacity village renovation,to scientific planning,from the source to guide,highlight the beautiful rural construction characteristics and advantages.Not only in the village capacity of the village to carry out remediation,but also to enhance the quality and ability of the masses,so as to enhance the quality of beautiful villages;to strengthen the industry,the development of characteristic economy,extend the economic chain,support the beautiful rural construction.Only from the hardware and software to strengthen investment in two areas,in order to accelerate the new urbanization in the context of the beautiful rural construction process.In this paper,we hope to provide some suggestions for the construction of beautiful villages in Wuhu County under the background of new urbanization,and provide some reference for the future construction of beautiful villages and urbanization,so as to avoid some of the avoidable Problem,to achieve resource conservation,harmonious development.
