| Kunming fire school is a special school to recruit public security fire force form the fire grass-roots candidates. The main task is to cultivate the basic command and management talents with high politics, technology management and good ability of command. The school has the responsibility to train a group of excellent talents with qualified comprehensive capacity in twenty-first Century. How to cultivate is a very urgent problem in the reform and development of fire education. The core is how to optimize the existing curriculum system to meet the needs of personnel training.This study is in terms of the current increasingly fire situation and emergency rescue mission and the general requirements of the Ministry of public security, "to get the quality, the efficiency and the fighting capacity from educationâ€, combines with some exposed problems in fire fighting and rescue and the actual situation of students, then analyzes the chemistry course in the specialty teams from the theory and practice. The main research methods used in this study are literature method, comparative analysis method and investigation method. Through the analysis the problems and the necessity of optimizing these problems are listed. Secondly, in order to ensure the theory base of students systemically and solidly in limited teaching time, learn about the latest chemical knowledge, and enhance students’ logical thinking ability and innovation ability, the optimized guiding ideology, principles and specific measures of chemistry course system are put forward through research, questionnaire survey and teaching practice in the specialty teams. Finally, preliminary results are used in teaching practice to examine the research results.The theory of this study will enrich and improve our school curriculum system and has a certain guiding significance to promote the current curriculum system, to raise the quality of personnel training, and to enhance the competitiveness of and talent. The guiding ideology, principles and specific measures in the chemistry course system of specialty teams has important significance in optimizing other courses in the fire professional curriculum system. |
