Research On The Construction Of "Intelligent Fire Fighting" System In Wenzhou City

In order to analyze the construction effect of "intelligent fire protection" system in Wenzhou and promote the optimization of urban intelligent fire protection management,this paper uses case analysis and experience analysis to realize the development of "intelligent fire protection" system in Wenzhou and the analysis of laws and regulations,technical framework,business logic,application system and so on.Combing the "intelligent fire protection" system in Wenzhou,the "second response" platform has become an intelligent integrated fire protection management platform through the effective integration of fire protection Internet of things,grid management,data analysis and emergency rescue force comprehensive dispatch.Through the research of the article,it is found that there are technical,regulatory and application problems in the construction system of "intelligent fire fighting" in Wenzhou at present.At the technical level,the information collected by the platform is missing and confused,and the fire information has quality and safety problems;at the level of rules and regulations,there are differences in the promotion of regional standard of "intelligent fire fighting ",and the laying progress of " intelligent fire fighting " components in some old residential areas is slow;at the application level,the basic level of equipment firefighters have low proficiency and some functions can not adapt to the changeable fire scene.The corresponding reasons are: at the technical level,the barriers between platforms are not completely broken,There are quality and safety fire protection in fire control information resources;at the level of system rules and regulations,there are imperfect standard system of "intelligent fire control ",compatibility problems between planning details and urban layout;at the application level,there is a lack of " intelligent fire control " professional personnel,urban dynamic demand analysis mechanism is not perfect.Combined with the domestic Jiangsu "intelligent fire protection" model and "cloud Guizhou" big data model,foreign Japan "intelligent fire protection" system and the United States "fire resilience infrastructure wisdom network" construction related experience,put forward targeted optimization scheme.At the technical level,we should strengthen the consciousness of fire information integration,realize data sharing,increase the innovation drive of "intelligent fire fighting" platform,and control the information quality;at the level of rules and regulations,we should establish and improve the "intelligent fire fighting" system,formulate standard standards,strengthen the grass-roots construction of "intelligent fire fighting ",and integrate with urban development;at the application level,we should perfect the talent training system of " intelligent fire fighting " and build it Set up Wenzhou fire demand analysis mechanism.
