Research of fire & rescue system on chemical industry zone is an important content of emergency rescue management of chemical industry zone, the synthesizing evaluation index system of fire & rescue on chemical industry zone can be used to not only improve the ability of emergency rescue management on chemical industry zone, but also improve the emergency response and rescue ability to a very great extent on chemical industry zone.In this dissertation, the development situation of China’s chemical industry zones and the related research at home and abroad of fire & rescue system on chemical industry zone is analyzed. Based on the problems existing in the chemical industry zone on fire & rescue system, fire & rescue system assessment indicators are proposed, which including the fire & rescue capabilities of the enterprises, the fire & rescue capabilities of the chemical industry zone, external rescue forces and overall coordination capabilities. Improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to decide weights, the extension(expansion) theory is used to establish a evaluation model of fire & rescue system on chemical industry zone. Taking a chemical industry zone in Dalian as an example, the extension evaluation model is used to analyze its the fire & rescue ability, and the corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
