As Qiandongnan’s cultural essence of Miao embroidery craft, it contains the state of Qiandongnan ethnic culture and emotion. Miao embroidery craft disappear,that famous clan culture will disappear. The second chapter with the state of Qiandongnan,Miao Xiu process of intellectual property protection of the status quo and problems as the theme, from the introduction of Miao Xiu, Miao Xiu comments on legislation to protect the status and Miao Xiu process of intellectual property protection difficulties,through the base of investigation concluded the suggestions, to preserve the Miao embroidery craft into the current intellectual property system, the use of a book,trademark, patent, geographical indication system for comprehensive protection of the Miao Xiu process, the intellectual property system is not conducive to the protection of traditional process inside part of the adjustment, to join the system innovation is conducive to the traditional process, create a conducive environment for the development of the inheritance and the Miao Xiu process.
