A Study On The Construction Of Party Organization In Urban Community

With the development of the reform and opening-up policy, urban communities have been developing rapidly in our country. The status of urban communities is becoming more and more important, and the task of urban communities is much heavier. As the core of leadership of the urban communities construction, the status and role of party organization is improving in urban communities.With the continuous development of market economy, there are a large number of new economic organizations and new social organizations in urban communities,( "Two kinds of new" organization), the party structure of urban communities is more diversified, the liquidity of party members continue enhancing.In the new period, as the core of leadership in community affairs, party organizations are faced with lacking in thinking and understanding during the construction of city community. Organization is not perfect and party workers are weak as well as mode of activity is single. Party management falls behind, and there are many other problems: lack of material guarantee and service consciousness of masses.With the constant change of world situation, aiming at the existing problems in the construction of city community and changing community tasks, City Community Party organization must thoroughly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, free our minds, seek truth from facts, keep pace with the times, continue to strengthen and improve the party construction work of city community, continue to explore a new path to strengthen the construction of party organization of city community.Aiming at the existing problems in the party organizaton of city community, this paper covers seven aspects, so as to improve the comprehensive ability of party organization of city community: one is to improve the understanding of party organization of community; two is to improve the setting up of party organization of city community; three is to strengthen the construction of party workers; four is the innovation of the party organization activity of city community; five is the education and management innovation of city community members; six is to improve the guarantee mechanism of material of the party organization of city community; seven regards "six" as the goal to strengthen the construction of service type party organization of city community.
