Hegang City, The Community Party Problems And Solutions

The party organization in community is not only a bridge between ourparty and the people,but also a link to them.It plays a role in servingthe common, attracting more attention, improving the management andmaintaining the society stability. Hegang is a coal-oriented city, basedon the low level of the local economic development, the communityconstruction is relatively poor, the foundation of the community partyorganization is weak, the group of party members are aging, the abilityof the party members is quite low, the support to the office work andactivities is not sufficient, the management of the party members is loose,last but not least the pioneers of party members cannoot make good examples.The solutions of all these problems need the support of both the citygovernment and the local district government. They must give support inpolicy making and the economic investment, futhermore they need thereforming spirit and the innovation sense of the party construction workersin community. In this paper, through the study of the presentdevelopmentment of the party organization in community in Hegang, we cansurely find out the main problems of party work in community, I willanalysis its causes, explore and study the thoughts and thecountermeasures of the development of the party building work in communityin Hegang actively.
