A Study On The Vertical Relationship Between Contemporary Chinese Local Governments

The main intergovernmental relations relations between different levels of government, including the relationship between the longitudinal and transverse intergovernmental relations. In the development of political science, the study of intergovernmental relations was a relatively new area of research. Reform of government institutions worldwide wave of the last century, the rise in the 1980 s, driven by Chinese and foreign scholars to study and explore intergovernmental relations boom.
