The Survival Situation Of Rural Low - Security Objects And The Study Of Social Work

Since the rural minimum living security system was established in 2007, the minimum living standard was getting increased as the improvement of urban income and consumption level. Because of their own weaknesses and the incomplete social policy, rural residents guaranteed by minimum living security system are still the poor social vulnerable groups. In a degree, rural residents guaranteed by minimum living security system are hard to dominate themselves, and they also lack the ability to acquire social resources. Therefore, it’s difficult to improve their living straits by themselves. We need to look for an exogenous process of social work to improve the living straits of rural residents guaranteed by minimum living security system.The object of this study is rural residents guaranteed by minimum living security system in A village, X county, Henan Province. According to in-depth interview based on these different recipients, this study described the livelihood security condition of the recipients at first, such as family economy, social relations and psychological status. Then the author explored the main influential factors from three aspects of individual, family, and society, some advises were proposed on how to improve the living status of rural residents guaranteed by minimum living security system.
