An Example Study On Administrative Law Enforcement Of Harbin Taxi Industry

After nearly twenty years of development, Harbin city taxi industry has become an important part of the urban public transport system, to provide a convenient public travel in Harbin city. Administrative law enforcement plays an important role in the development of the taxi industry. However, there are still a lot of problems in the administrative law enforcement, law enforcement procedure and law enforcement supervision of the automobile industry.This paper is based on the author’s experience in the first line work experience in the industry.To law enforcement officers secretly removed the seizure of the interior of the car, the illegal operation of traffic accident case, the case of Zhang unreasonable complaints three examples of entry point.Focus on and analyze the seven problems in the administrative law enforcement of Harbin taxi industry, including weak law consciousness of law enforcement personnel, lack of coordination of administrative law enforcement agencies, administrative law enforcement evidence collection, etc., and put forward specific proposals to solve the corresponding problem.Specification for Harbin City taxi industry administrative law enforcement need to establish more in line with the actual system and mechanism, legislation, law enforcement, the supervisor needs involved. I hope this paper can bring some help to the reform of administrative law enforcement in Harbin city taxi industry in the future, so that the management of the taxi industry is more standardized and practical.
