Research On The Ideological And Political Construction Of Village Cadres In Underdeveloped Areas

Since the reform and opening-up in China, the vast rural areas have made great progress. Rural economic and social development contributes much to China’s socialist economic and social development as well as the full realization of a well-off society. Our government pays high attention to the development of rural economy and society. But at present, there are still a lot of underdeveloped areas in our country, and the key to improve the speed and quality of rural economic and social development in these regions lies in the construction of village cadres. The village cadres play a crucial role for the development of rural economy and society, especially in underdeveloped rural areas. And the ideological and political construction is the important content of the construction of the village cadres. Presently, the construction of village cadres in the less developed regions of China, especially in the work of Ideological and political construction still exists many problems, which seriously affect the rural development of economy and society in underdeveloped regions of China and hinder the completion of a comprehensive well-off society and the process of new rural construction. If these problems are not resolved, it may even cause a series of social problems. Therefore, strengthening the building of village cadres, particularly the ideological and political construction, is quite necessary.This article mainly studies on the ideological and political construction of the village cadres in the less developed areas from the perspective of Ideological and political education, taking Ya’an Yucheng District in Sichuan Province as an example. A lot of literature reviews on the related theories provide theoretical support for this study. According to the relevant literature and field surveys of Yucheng District, the article summed up that China’s underdeveloped areas are facing a major dilemma of ideological and political construction of the village cadres, and analyzed the main reasons according to the current dilemma. On the basis of the analysis of the ideological and political construction, the article discusses the role, characteristics, the status of the urgency and necessity of ideological and political construction in the construction of the village cadres and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ideological and political construction of the contingent of cadres of the village, which aim at providing some reference for the construction of the village cadres in the less developed areas.
