Underdeveloped Inland Border Regional Economic Growth Path Study

Yunnan's Gongshan, Fugong and Lushui three frontier counties in Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, situating in the contiguous region of Dian, Zang, Chuang, is located in the area of Nujiang gorge and Dulongjiang gorge in Hengduanshan Mountain and the heart of Yunnan's famous parallel three-rive scenery. Three frontier counties, having the abundant propagation resource for the physiognomy of high mountain and deep gorge, is one of the most famous zoology hotspots areas in the world. The three counties, a Nationalities-inhabited area, which the diversiform cultures converge, the culture phenomena are inimitable, and the diversiform culture phenomena combining with natural landscape make up of a man and nature complex system, have fearfully regionally characteristic.Three frontier counties are an especial geographical region that concentrates the character of the frontier area, nationalities-inhabited area, depressed area, frail zoology area, the cultures-interlaced area. Because Three frontier counties be of occlusive location ,inconvenient traffic, frail environment, atrocious existent environment and so on, society development drop behind other area, economic development is confronted with many obstacles, and all are poverty county. So, accelerating the economic maturity is of very important significance to strengthening nationality's solidarity, keeping frontier's stabilization, constructing a well-off society by an across-the-board way in three counties.Supervised by the fundamental theories about the economic maturity in underdeveloped regions, the paper analyses obstacles and potentials, interior and exterior background in three frontier counties, which using large numbers of interrelated datum for reference and focusing on the economic maturity. Based on the above analysis and the fundamental theories about the economic maturity in underdeveloped regions, the paper discusses the route of economic maturity in three frontier counties. Finally, the paper put forward the policy advice concerning the economic maturity in three frontier counties.The paper is divided into four parts: The part one comprises two sections. In the first place, the paper, On the base of the research production from internal and foreign scholars, illuminates the meaning of the economic maturity and the undeveloped regions. In the second place, the paper studies the fundamental theories about the economic maturity inunderdeveloped regions. Which to be prepared for the following research. In the part two, the paper deeply analyzes background, obstacles and potentials about the economic maturity in three frontier counties, for the purpose of offering bases when to discuss the route of economic maturity in the next part. In the part three, based on the analysis above two parts, the paper discusses the concrete route of economic maturity in three frontier counties. In the part four, the paper summarizes the basic study conclusion and puts forward the policy advices about the economic maturity in three frontier counties.
