Research On Mobile Government Service Based On Public

Since 1990s, e-government has been paid more attention by most countries in the world. Although e-government plays an important role in the administration and the public service, it has a certain "e-government digital divide". With the mobile communication technology is widely used in the daily work of the government, mobile government came into being, and has effectively improved the problem of e-government. The mobile government has gradually become an indispensable part of the modern e-government affairs system. With the same as the traditional electronic government, the mobile government should focus on the government service, and the public is the m-government’s customers. Therefore, the service quality of the mobile government depends on the public perception. Based on this, the paper studies the service of mobile government from the perspective of the public.First of all, doing the survey about the public’s needs from the current background of the research and development of mobile government. The research results show that the existing problems of the service and the actual needs of the public are not match in our country. On the basis of the analysis,try to find out the main problems of the current government service in meeting the needs of the public, and put forward some suggestions for development. Secondly, summarying China M-government existing service models from the point of information access. Combined with the research of public demand, dividing the m-government services object into browsing, participant, explorer and putting forward different m-government service object has its own mode of service. Finally, the empirical research on the public adoption factors of the new development direction of mobile government—WeChat m-government. On the basis of the technology acceptance model, try to find out theoretical model of the public adoption factors of WeChat m-government. There will be an empirical test on the research model and hypotheses through a questionnaire survey. Based on descriptive analysis and correlation analysis, the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the public acceptance of WeChat government, and provide reference for the improvement of the level of mobile government services.
